The chicken leg over rice dish here is to die for.
The chicken leg is fried to perfection and the preserved vegetables and sauce on top of the rice is a combination made in heaven. For the price, you just can't find anything better.
I tried the pork chop over rice but it just doesn't compare to the chicken leg over rice. I highly highly recommend this place. -

I always pay my respects here whenever I'm in Chinatown. As always #1 and #4 never disappoints.

Just bought two order from this place and I'm very very disappointed there was no favor in the fried rice and chicken & string bean over rice, the SO call chef just dump it in the wok with a couple of flip is done.. is a new cook there and he is terrible sorry did take a photo of him but I'm telling ya don't waste your $$$... wasted $23 on two order that even my dog would not touch it...

Saw the cook picking his nose and did a finger fling on to the wok direction, just walked out the store, they can keep my order

This is another Chinatown staple that's slightly out of the congested tourist filled streets but still holds up to what Chinatown is all about. I truly enjoy places like this that still stick to their roots from the very beginning. Finding places that specialize in 1 or 2 things and perfecting their craft is a dying breed. Many who know of this place, also know of the other more well known spot that serves the same style of food which is May Wah. If you want to compare apples to apples, they're both good in their own way.
The pork chop in my opinion is better here while the gravy over the rice is better at May Wah. So to each their own, you can't go wrong with either place. The pork chop here isn't as salty and isn't as dried out as May Wah, but some people prefer that over this, so it's a matter of opinion and preference. Overall, this is a great bang for buck meal that will hit all the right taste buds to get you giddy like a little school girl.
